A specialized training programme for consultants

UED, the Turkish Overseas Education Consultants Association, has been dedicated to addressing the common challenges in the overseas education sector for many years. One of the most significant challenges agents face today in Turkiye is the shortage of qualified and well-trained education consultants.

To find a sustainable solution for this issue, UED have established a dedicated committee that has worked extensively to develop a specialized training programme aimed at equipping consultants with the practical knowledge and industry expertise necessary to excel in their roles.

The programme will provide hands-on experience with real-world products, such as language schools, summer schools, secondary education; pathway programs and higher education, helping participants gain in-depth knowledge of pricing structures, operational workflows, and industry best practices.

UED launched the program on the 7th of April, starting with a limited cohort of max 20 participants in the first phase. The program will be delivered online, 2 hours a day, 3 days a week. Many of these junior consultants will take leadership roles within existing consultancy firms.
