What is Felca?
Felca is a federation of language and education consultant associations from all over the world. Its members include the national associations of most of the major student providing countries in the world. The members of the national associations are individual businesses whose role it is to advise and counsel students who want to travel overseas to study at a language school, school, college or university.
These national associations have formed an international alliance and forum for discussion in order to promote international student education and cultural exchange.
Felca also means quality advice and peace-of-mind for the students and their parents who deal with the businesses that display the Felca mark.
How to become a Felca member?
To be eligible to apply for Felca membership, only national association registered within their country whose role is to advice and counsel students to study overseas at a language school, high school or university may apply.
Application form can be downloaded from www.felca.org or requested from felca@felca.org
The completed Application Form and a copy of Registration Letter or License issued by government bodies in your country shall be submitted to:

The application will be considered by Felca Committee at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in London, the UK. The AGM is held annually around end of August or beginning of September.

What is Felca Membership Procedure?
To be eligible to apply for Felca membership, only national association registered within their country whose role is to advice and counsel students to study overseas at a language school, high school or university may apply.
Application form can be downloaded or submit application online at www.felca.org or requested from felca@felca.org.

On approval, the Secretary General shall issue a welcome letter to the successful applicant together with a copy of the Code of Practice for Members. Successful applicants shall send a cheque for one yearās Annual Membership Fee within 30 days from receipt of approval letter. For payment detail please contact felca@felca.org
Felca shall issue a Membership Certificate upon payment of Membership Fee.
Unsuccessful applicants shall be notified by the letter from the Secretary General.
Unsuccessful applicants may submit a request to the Secretary General for a review within 30 days from receipt of rejection letter.

Note: New member pay only half for the first year
Invoice will be sent to members at the end of each year. Once payment is deposited into Felca Bank Account, Receipt and Certificate of Membership will be mailed immediately.
How can member pay for Felca membership fee?
Payment can be made by transfer the amount to Felca Bank Account within 30 days from receipt of invoice. For payment details please contact felca@felca.org
